When is the festival happening?

Thursday 4th - Sunday 7th August 2011

Where do I collect my pre pay FVF merch from?

Get down to the bar/merch tent, see clare and the crew with your confirmation email and they'll hook you up!

Do kids needs tickets?

Children under 12 years go FREE With a responsibe adult.

Do I have to pay extra for camping?

No. Your ticket price is the same whether you choose to camp or not... However, we cannot guarantee you the same amount of fun if you do not camp.

Where and how do I buy tickets?

All tickets to Fieldview Festival 2011 are sold online.

How do I apply to play @ fieldview?

All submissions need to go to play@fieldviewfestival.co.uk, at this time our programme for 2011 is 99% full, we listen to every artist but cannot guarantee a response.

Can I buy day tickets?

We do not sell day tickets I'm afraid

Do you sell tickets locally?

Not yet, there will be limited tickets available for local residents. tickets coming soon.

Whats happening Thursday and Sunday?

Thursday night we celebrate FVF's 5th birth with the funk brothers from 6pm.
Sunday we all help clear up and get the site back to its beautiful natural state.

How will I know if I have a ticket or not?

Once you have made a payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your purchase. There will be a unique code in this email which you will need to bring with you on the day, so make sure you don't lose it.

How and when will tickets be distributed?

All tickets are sent electronically and you will receive them instantly via email. Just remember to bring your confirmation of purchase with you on the day.

Do children 12 and under need tickets?

No. Children under 12 do not need a ticket but they must be accompannied by an adult.

Is it a good idea to bring children?

Children are definitely welcome, however the loud music and dancing crowds mean we recommend hearing protection and insist they are always in the care of a parent/responsible adult.

Can I cancel/ return tickets?

Fieldview has a no returns policy.

Can I park at Fieldview Festival?

Yes, how ever there will be a £5 charge for each vehicle. car or camper, the money from this will be used to cover the costs of the car park. all additional money will go to carbon emissions charities. Last year we bought loads of rain forest!

How do I get from the train station to the festival site?

We suggest you go to Swindon which ever direction you are coming from. The number 31 goes direct from Swindon to little Somerford. Last bus is at 5pm!!

What ID do I need to get into FVF?

Driver's license, Passport or any other official form photo ID is valid.

Are there any power points available for live-in vehicles?

As the site is small in size we are unable to provide power points for live-in vehicles.

Is there free water on site?

Yes, there will be a fresh water tap in the campsite and free drinking water from behind the bar

Where can I find lost property?

Lost property will be taken to the Bar, which will be marked on the festival map.

Can I get cash out at FVF?

Sadly no, so make sure you bring enough to keep you going for the event.

Is there any lock up service for valuables?

No. We don't have this facility, so please don't tempt fate by leaving valuables on show.

Food and Drink

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

Yes by all means bring as much as you like. However, if lugging your own booze around is too much or you'd like to sample some local grog then we have a fully licensed bar chocked full of local beers, cider and wine for your delectation.
No Glass bottles - we kindly ask that no glass is brought on site as animals graze on this land for the rest of the year and they don't like glass with their grass.

Can I bring food into the festival?

Yes, but if you'd like the cooking to be done for you there will be plenty of hot homemade food available for you to gorge on at lunch, dinner and breakfast.

Can I BBQ?

If you think you can barbeque better then Steve, then you better join him at the bomb shelter!.

Will food and drink be reasonably priced then?

Yes. We work with each trader to ensure that they will deliver the best tasting food at a reasonable price to all.
